The creation of content that damages this character’s image—such as content promoting hatred toward specific groups or fostering biased messages and atmospheres—is prohibited.
For example, content involving political or religious themes falls under this prohibition.

We discourage the creation of sexually explicit, violent, or other highly inappropriate content using this character.
Furthermore, uploading such content to public platforms where it can be viewed by an unspecified audience is prohibited.

Otherwise, you are free to engage in good-faith fan creations suitable for all ages, such as one-time character design modifications, pairings, and the creation of derivative characters.

Modifying the original voice files of UTAU sound sources, as well as redistributing or selling these sound sources, is prohibited.
